Maple & Ash - Maple Stout 6.2%

Maple and Ash are the two wood types used to make baseball bats and the two opposite ends of the spectrum combine in this stout. Ashy burnt notes for a high percentage of black malt together with maple sweetness from Canadian maple syrup. Berry esters from a warm fermentation round out a rich, full and complex beer.
