Crooked Number is a classic kettle soured beer with the addition of freshly picked stone fruit including; apricots, nectarines, peaches and plums. It's natural tartness, matched with the fresh fruit flavour provide a balanced refreshing beer, full of interesting fruit complexity. Crooked Number was co-fermented with Belgian and Brett-like yeast to increase complexity and add subtle spice aromas.
