Tastes like someone has spiked the punch! Traditionalists - DO NOT READ THIS - This is not your conventional Hefeweizen. When everyone's back was turned we loaded in the contraband; NZ Nectaron & US Amarillo hops (not exactly subtle) give the punch punch, combined with classic yeast- derived banana esters, hey it's fruity, but not enough! To really make the hefe Hawaiian, we've added mangoes & a lot of them, really squeezed them in there! Ladle yourself some more, Hawaiian punch is a hit!
